What's true for every local
A few things hold across every IUEC local, not just this one. NEIEP administers the EIAT on a common national standard, with a 70% pass/fail cutoff that gates the interview stage rather than ranking candidates by score. The application carries a $25 non-refundable fee. Full citations for both are on the sources page.
